\nBuen fin de semana por delante, c\u00e1lido, con sol, m\u00e1ximas por arriba de los 30\u00baC, poco viento y algo h\u00famedo. Digno fin de semana de verano con las condiciones acordes a mediados de febrero.<\/p>\n

Este ser\u00e1 un fin de semana especial ya que el s\u00e1bado cumplimos 8 a\u00f1os y haremos un Back to the Origins<\/i> para festejarlo con Maxi.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado con esta edici\u00f3n, por primera vez en las 47 semanas consecutivas de maridajes de El Clima y El Vino, har\u00e9 un stop por un par de fines de semanas ya que me tomar\u00e9 unas vacaciones 😉.<\/p>\n

D\u00eda de sol y pocas nubes, con cielo claro aunque con algunas nubes a la noche. La m\u00e1xima toca los 31\u00baC y la noche, con 22\u00baC ser\u00e1 espectacular para tomar a cielo abierto. Luigi Bosca De Sangre 2015<\/b>. Un gran corte de Bodega Luigi Bosca<\/b> compuesto de 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Syrah y 7% Merlot que es intenso en nariz con notas de frutos negros cocidos, ahumados, cuero y habano, que en boca es muy sabroso, con paso dulce, gran acidez y mucha persistencia. Gran d\u00eda para El Vino del Mes ya que se cumplen los 8 a\u00f1os de la primer Velada Et\u00edlica y la primera nota en el blog. El d\u00eda estar\u00e1 mayormente soleado y la noche super despejada. El vino recomendado ser\u00e1, acorde a la fecha, un 17 de Febrero Reserva Bonarda 2014<\/b>. En realidad se trata de la Bonarda Reserva de Bodega Almahuar<\/b> que a pedido nuestro, nos vende botellas sin etiqueta y nosotros etiquetamos para sortear entre los amigos en nuestras reuniones. Un vino de color rojo muy intenso, con aromas de fruta madura, notas mentoladas y de vainilla, y en boca de entrada suave, que llena el paladar, fluye en \u00e1gil en medio de boca y es de largo final. El d\u00eda mas caluroso del fin de semana con humedad en aumento y algo nublado hacia la tarde. El mediod\u00eda estar\u00e1 especial para refrescarlo con un Goye Chardonnay 2017<\/b>. El restyling de los Varietales de Bodega Goyenechea<\/b>. Lo prob\u00e9 en el Asado AWB y vale la pena por su gran RPC (ya lo mencion\u00f3 Lisandro<\/a>). Un blanco que no necesita mucha descripci\u00f3n. Es fresco, bien Chardonnay, directo y de buen volumen en boca. Para disfrutar de a baldes.
