Reci\u00e9n el s\u00e1bado tendremos algunas tormentas fuertes que producir\u00e1n una baja en la temperatura trayendo algo de alivio. El fin de semana no estar\u00e1 apto para asados al aire libre pero nos dar\u00e1 un respiro en cuanto al agobio que se vivi\u00f3 esta semana.<\/p>\n

Una buena opci\u00f3n para combatirlo es descorchar un vino blanco bien fr\u00edo. Tomero Sauvignon Blanc 2016<\/b> de Bodega Vistalba <\/b>es un vino directo, fresco, con notas c\u00edtricas y de hierbas como la ruda. Por la tarde\/noche buena cuota de nubosidad, con algunas tormentas. La M\u00e1xima ser\u00e1 de 30\u00baC y la m\u00ednima de 22\u00baC. Sugiero un buen rosado fresco para el verano: Do\u00f1a Paula Ros\u00e9 of Malbec 2017<\/b>. Una linda perla que lanz\u00f3 la Bodega Do\u00f1a Paula<\/b> a fines del a\u00f1o pasado. Rosa p\u00e1lido, con aromas florales y de fruta roja recien cortada. En boca entra suave, es equilibrado y muy sabroso, con muy buena acidez y final largo. Su bajo contenido alcoh\u00f3lico (12,3%) y su gran RPC lo hacen peligrosamente atractivo. Una exquisit\u00e9s de Bodega Fuego Blanco<\/b> que probamos en la cena de fin de a\u00f1o en Damble\u00e9<\/b> de la mano de C\u00e9sar de Montana Vinos<\/b> y se las recomiendo con unos langostinos apanados. Cautiv\u00f3 desde la nariz de pomelo rosado, con notas mentoladas y herbales. Mucha mineralidad. En boca de ataque seco, gran volumen en medio de boca, excelente acidez y largu\u00edsimo final.
