\nPrimer fin de semana del a\u00f1o y no nos detenemos. La primer semana fue agobiante con el cemento hirviendo y generando 38\u00baC. Pero a no desesperar. Hoy amaneci\u00f3 con algunos vientos soplando del sureste que traer\u00e1n lluvias y alguna tormenta pero que baj\u00f3 mas de 10\u00baC el term\u00f3metro. El s\u00e1bado y domingo estar\u00e1 muy agradable y sin lluvias.<\/p>\n

El maridaje elegido incluye algunas etiquetas que descorch\u00e9 durante las fiestas, a pesar del calor, pero que considero se hubiesen disfrutado m\u00e1s aun con el clima un poco mas fresco como el que esperamos para este fin de semana.<\/p>\n

Nublado y algo m\u00e1s fresco durante el d\u00eda, con algunas lluvias o tormentas. La m\u00e1xima de 25\u00baC en horas de la ma\u00f1ana y refrescando hacia la noche que estar\u00e1 con cielo parcialmente nublado a claro con unos 17\u00baC. Momento ideal para un D.V. Catena Malbec-Malbec 2014<\/b> de Catena Zapata<\/b>. Un corte de Malbecs de dos zonas (Lunlunta y Agrela) que se funden para logran un vino suave, con buen cuerpo, concentrado con aromas a frutos rojos y negros maduros con notas de mermelada y de vainilla, con buena acidez y una gran persistencia en boca. Claro con sol y agradable durante el d\u00eda, co m\u00e1xima de 26\u00baC, y despejado con 18\u00baC por la noche. No se esperan lluvias. Ideal para pegar un salto de canguro (a falta de camellos en el d\u00eda de Reyes) y descorchar un Brav\u00edo Cuatro Continentes Australia Red Blend 2016<\/b>. Con la idea de dar a conocer vinos del mundo a precio accesible, Bodega Uxmal<\/b> lanz\u00f3 la l\u00ednea Cuatro Continentes que tiene 5 vinos de diferentes pa\u00edses. Este Australia es el que m\u00e1s me gusta. Elaborado con 80% Shiraz, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon y 10% Merlot de Hunter Valley, New South Wales. En nariz encontramos fruta en compota, especias y cuero. En boca es suave, ligero, de buena acidez y de final medio a largo con regusto frutal y especiado. La opci\u00f3n para este d\u00eda es Kaiken Malbec Reserva 2016 <\/b>de Bodega Kaiken<\/b>. De color rojo intenso, con aromas a frutas rojas bien frescas y notas florales. En boca es suave con buena presencia de fruta y madera, taninos sedosos, buena acidez y gran persistencia. Un vino de excelente relaci\u00f3n precio-calidad.
