Como ustedes saben, esta secci\u00f3n pretende maridar el clima con alg\u00fan vino, por lo que, siguiendo la l\u00ednea, vamos a recomendar un blanco, dos rosados y un tinto. Sofocante, con intervalos de nubes y sol y algunos chaparrones dispersos en la tarde. M\u00e1xima de 31\u00baC pero el cemento de la ciudad lleva la t\u00e9rmica a 38\u00baC. A hidratarse bien durante el d\u00eda y cerrar la noche con un Paris Malbec Ros\u00e9 2016<\/b>, un rosado de Bodega Goulart<\/b> sangrado 100% de Malbec reserva, con uvas de un vi\u00f1edo propio de aproximadamente 50 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad. Una buena oportunidad para un Alamos Moscatel de Alejandr\u00eda<\/b>. Un vino que en nariz recuerda fruta dulce (peras en almibar) y en boca es muy frutado, f\u00e1cil de tomar. Un rico vino para combinar con este clima es el Tinto Negro Corte Uco Valley 2015<\/b>. Una edici\u00f3n especial desarrollada por Bodega Tinto Negro<\/b> para Club BonVivir compuesta por un 87% de Malbec y 13% de Cabernet Franc. Mucha fruta roja en nariz con notas herb\u00e1ceas. En boca es fresco de buen pasar y taninos que empiezan a redondearse. Su sugerido es de $253<\/b> (disponible en BonVivir<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Finca La Igriega Ros\u00e9 Malbec 2017<\/b>.  Un rosado Single Vineyard con buena estructura, presencia, y como dije antes, con mucho car\u00e1cter elaborado por la bodega Finca La Igreiga<\/b> de Paraje Altamira.
