\nY bien amigos, comenzamos el mes de noviembre y nos encuentra con el primer fin de semana con buenas condiciones. Temperaturas primaverales con un techo de 24\u00baC y un piso de 14\u00baC y alguna peque\u00f1a nubosidad que se atraviese, ser\u00e1 lo que nos deparar\u00e1 el clima en estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

A efectos de maridaje, voy a recomendarles tres etiquetas que tom\u00e9 en la semana y que me parecieron destacables. Dos de ellas por ser cl\u00e1sicos de gran RPC y f\u00e1ciles de conseguir y la otra porque me vol\u00f3 la cabeza aunque requiere de una buena inversi\u00f3n. Por eso el t\u00edtulo del post.<\/p>\n

D\u00eda muy c\u00e1lido, con vientos suaves del oeste que llevan la temperatura de la jungla de cemento a unos 24\u00baC. Despejado durante el d\u00eda y con algo de nubes por la noche. Vamos a ir con un cl\u00e1sico de Bodega S\u00e9ptima.<\/b> S\u00e9ptima Cabernet Sauvignon 2013<\/b>. Se trata de un vino de nariz muy especiada con notas dulces y aporte de la madera. En boca es elegante, muy frutal, balanceado y equilibrado. Un vino con buen volumen y acidez que perdura en boca e invita otra copa. Durante el d\u00eda estar\u00e1 muy agradable, con mucho sol y tambi\u00e9n el term\u00f3metro  llegar\u00e1 a los 24\u00baC. Luego por la noche comienza a nublarse y se pone lindo para descorchar un vino con mucho caracter y que sea para disfrutar lentamente. Perdriel Centenario Blend 2012<\/b>. Una exquisita perla de Bodega Norton<\/b>, que tiene toda la elegancia de los vinos de la Finca Perdriel de Lujan de Cuyo y la mu\u00f1eca Jorge Riccitelli<\/b> que aseguran calidad inequ\u00edvoca y hacen que valga la pena la inversi\u00f3n. Corte de 40% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon y 30% Merlot que a la vista muestran una gran profundidad de color. Una vez abierto (recomiendo decanter de 20 a 40 minutos) aparecen aromas muy complejos con predominio de frutos secos y especias. En boca es una bomba que llena el paladar. Algo mas nublado que los d\u00edas anteriores pero de todas formas las condiciones son favorables. 22\u00baC de m\u00e1xima y 17\u00baC de m\u00ednima. Ideal para unas pastas o asadito. y para recuperar el bolsillo del s\u00e1bado, recomiendo una etiqueta masiva que nunca falla. Trapiche Origen Malbec 2015<\/b>. Se trata de una l\u00ednea de varietales de Bodega Trapiche<\/b>, donde cada variedad proviene de diferentes regiones. En el caso del Malbec, la zona elegida fue Tunuy\u00e1n y San Carlos, Valle de Uco. Intenso en color y aromas con un perfil de fruta roja, flores y notas de chocolate. Fluidez en boca con buena acidez y sin aristas. Un vino para beber con las comidas sin tanto misterio. Sugerido $150<\/b> (disponible en supermercados).<\/p>\n
