Es parte y piedra fundamental de nuestra historia.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPor eso, aunque sea una vez por a\u00f1o, nos ponemos <i>\u00abcanutos\u00bb<\/i> y hacemos un <i><b>back to the origins<\/b><\/i>: un quesito, un crudo, algunas aceitunas y ca\u00f1\u00f3n de alta gama <b>solo para nosotros<\/b>.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEsta vez, casi sin querer, nos ten\u00edamos que juntar para armar un evento, y como no estaremos juntos el d\u00eda del sexto aniversario de <i>El Vino del Mes<\/i> (17 de febrero), aprovechamos y nos anticipamos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEl vino en cuesti\u00f3n fue una bomba de la bodega <b>O. Fournier<\/b>:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ofournier.com\/web\/vino-mz-bcrux-blend-2003-in.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Sitio Oficial<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bodegaofournier\/?fref=www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/1-2016-0228WineDayBacktotheOrigins29-1024x640.jpg?ssl=1\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/1-2016-0228WineDayBacktotheOrigins29.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>B Crux 2003<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUn corte con base de <b>tempranillo <\/b>(60%), <b>malbec <\/b>(20%), <b>merlot <\/b>(10%) y <b>syrah <\/b>(10%). Elaborado con uvas de La Consulta por <b>Jose Spisso<\/b>.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nHan pasado casi 13 a\u00f1os del d\u00eda en que se cosecharon las uvas para hacer este vino y al descorchar (usamos sacacorchos de l\u00e1minas) ya nos sorprendimos porque estaba intacto y casi sin haberse filtrado nada.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nLuego de airearlo durante un rato y servirlo, pudimos apreciar que hab\u00eda muy pocos indicios de evoluci\u00f3n en color. En nariz fruta negra, notas de caf\u00e9 y un fondo bals\u00e1mico. En boca se sinti\u00f3 apenas despegado el alcohol pero luego de abrirse bien en copa se sinti\u00f3 bien amalgamado. Taninos maduros y sedosos, cuerpo medio y mucha persistencia.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUn vino complejo con un corte base de tempranillo que como dijimos antes aguant\u00f3 la guarda durante 13 a\u00f1os y creo que algunos m\u00e1s podr\u00eda soportarlo tranquilamente.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nHace poco nuestro amigo <b>Musu <\/b>de <i>La Cueva de Caballito \u00abMr. Wines\u00bb<\/i> tuvo el honor de organizar una cata <b>vertical de 10 a\u00f1os de B Crux<\/b> junto al en\u00f3logo. Transcribo ac\u00e1 sus notas sobre la cosecha 2003 y les dejo enlace a la <a href=\"http:\/\/mrwines.blogspot.com.ar\/2015\/08\/vertical-de-10-anos-de-b-crux-blend.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">nota completa<\/a> que no tiene desperdicio.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><p>\nA diferencia de la anterior, en boca se siente un poco el alcohol; por ende, carece de esa acidez que destacamos en la 2002. A pesar de ser un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s joven, se lo encuentra algo m\u00e1s evolucionado tanto en color como en sus aromas de nariz y de boca. Los resultados en este vino se explican en el hecho de que el 2003 fue un a\u00f1o de mucho calor, por lo cual la madurez azucarina (alcohol potencial) lleg\u00f3 a la uva bastante antes que la polifen\u00f3lica. Seg\u00fan Spisso, en la Argentina podemos controlar el riego para que la planta no se deshidrate, pero no podemos controlar al sol, \u201cy si la planta sufre, lo manifiesta en el vino\u201d.
