{"id":9087,"date":"2015-07-30T21:48:00","date_gmt":"2015-07-31T00:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/un-blanquito-de-rio-negro\/"},"modified":"2019-09-17T13:13:41","modified_gmt":"2019-09-17T16:13:41","slug":"un-blanquito-de-rio-negro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/2015\/07\/un-blanquito-de-rio-negro.html","title":{"rendered":"Un blanquito de R\u00edo Negro"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUna de las cosas que m\u00e1s agradezco de haberme metido en el mundo del vino es la de haber descubierto el universo de los blancos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nNunca me hubiese imaginado parado en la g\u00f3ndola buscando un blanquito, que no sea alguno de los dos cl\u00e1sicos que traspasaron generaciones como el <i>Etchart Privado<\/i> y el <i>Castel Chandon<\/i>.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPero s\u00ed, amigos. Por suerte ahora hay veces que me me detengo en la g\u00f3ndola o reviso la cava y me busco alg\u00fan blanco refrescante. Si bien mi cepa blanca predilecta es la Sauvignon Blanc, tengo que reconocer que un buen Chardonnay con alg\u00fan toque sutil de roble, no invasivo, me puede.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEs el caso del vino que les quiero comentar hoy ya que me gust\u00f3 mucho.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Del R\u00edo Elorza Verum Chardonnay 2013<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUn vino de la <b>Patagonia<\/b>, elaborado con uvas del <b>Alto Valle de R\u00edo Negro<\/b>, que pas\u00f3 por un proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n en el que luego de la fermentaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica, el 90% del vino permaneci\u00f3 en tanques y el otro 10% se a\u00f1ej\u00f3 en roble de primer uso (5% franc\u00e9s y 5% americano) durante 6 meses.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.delrioelorza.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Sitio Oficial<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BodegaDelRioElorza\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/1-ElVinoDelMes_Verum_Chardonnay.jpg?ssl=1\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/1-ElVinoDelMes_Verum_Chardonnay.jpg?resize=640%2C640&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAmarillo intenso con tintes verdosos en copa, con una nariz extremadamente frutal donde destacan frutas tropicales como la banana y el anan\u00e1 y alguna nota l\u00e1ctica (manteca?). En boca es muy fresco y presenta cierta untuosidad recordando sabores como al del crumble de manzana. Gran volumen y elegancia se conjugan con un largu\u00edsimo final y no quiero que se termine la botella.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nMe encant\u00f3 este vino y su precio sugerido de $142.- est\u00e1 bien ubicado.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nComo comentario adicional no quiero dejar pasar la oportunidad de decir (aunque ya lo dije en las redes sociales mientras estaba tomando el vino) que el logo de la bodega es uno de los logotipos que m\u00e1s me gusta.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/del-rio-elorza.jpg?ssl=1\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elvinodelmes.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/del-rio-elorza.jpg?resize=320%2C180&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s agradezco de haberme metido en el mundo del vino es la de haber descubierto el universo de los blancos.
